Well, this week went much better. I still had trouble carrying on Monday night, but I bounced back with back-to-back 600 series this week after my off week last week. Monday night, I only had one turkey and that was in the 10th frame of the 2nd game. I shot 203-192-208 for 603. Spare shooting was much better Monday night too. Wednesday night was better. I had some ugly splits in the 2nd and 3rd games, but overall bowled better than last week. I shot 219-214-182 for 615. 203 average for the week was much better than last week.
I had a major off week this week. I couldn't carry a strike to save my life and missed a lot of easy spares. I shot 3 of my lowest series of the fall season. Monday night, I shot 179-170-191 for 540. Tuesday night was up and down, I shot 158-226-169 for a 553 which was my lowest series in the Wednesday league. That was prebowling for New Year's Eve. Wednesday night, I attained yet a new low series on the Wednesday league. I shot 161-182-205 for 548. I averaged a whopping 182 for the week. That was 3 of the 4 worst bowling nights I've had all fall season.
Well, it wasn't the greatest week compared to how I've bowled the past few weeks, but still not a bad week. Monday, I shot 245-169-182 for 596. I still won all 3 of my points and we did well as a team. I brought my Monday average up from 195.26 to 195.60. Wednesday, I shot 209-201-170 for 580. I brought my average down from 204.12 to 203.22. 580 was the worst series I've had in a month. I was on lanes 1&2 both nights. They were funky this week. Still averaged 196 for the week, so it wasn't terrible. I bowled 30 games in October and averaged 205.37 over those 30 games. My high game for the month was 254 (twice) and high series was 673. Hopefully I will continue to improve in November. Below are my season stats.
I had a pretty good week this week. I shot 216-211-170 on Monday night for 597. Last night, I struggled in the first game, had 3 opens in a row, then really picked it up after that. Shot 162-235-247 for 644. It was a great week. The averages are slowly coming up.
Finished out last week on Wednesday with 243-181-193 for 617 again. 639, 617, 617. I averaged 208.11 for the week. Great week as far as I'm concerned. Hopefully I can keep it rolling this week.
