We finished the Monday league last night. We finished 4th overall. Not too bad. I struggled last night (175-184-202 -- 561), but it was the roll off for first and we didn't have any play in the outcome, so it didn't really matter.

This week was a little down from usual, but still not terrible. It could've been worse. Monday night was the best night of the week. I shot 223-225-209 for a 657 series.  Wednesday night, I struggled and we lost all 4 points. I shot 203-182-171 for a 556 series. The worst series I've had on Wednesday night since January. Thursday night was very inconsistent. I started out with a 236, 165, then 193 for a 594 series. I still averaged right at 200 for the week, so still, I can't complain. I just wish Wednesday was better.

Not too bad of a week this week. Monday night, I shot 170-205-191 for a 566 series. I just couldn't hit the pocket consistently. Not sure what my problem was. Wednesday night was great. I shot 223-269-216 for a 708 series, my 2nd career 700 series. A solid 8-pin and solid 9-pin cost me a 300 game. Thursday night was back downhill a little bit. Shot 213-175-184 for a 572 series. Averaged 205 for the week.

I shot my 2nd 700 series last night. I shot 223-269-216 for a 708 series. I was working on a 300 in the 2nd game until I got to the 9th frame. I threw it just a hair high and left the 9-pin. I struck the first ball in the 10th, then left the 8 pin on the 2nd ball. I'll still take a 269 any day of the week. Only one open where I missed a 10-pin. I raised my Wednesday average to 208.
